About

Alli Gooch was born and raised in the Arizona desert. From a young age, she has been immersed and infatuated with photography, arts and sciences. Originally planning to go into video game design, she learned the physical principles of light and basics of meaningfully lighting 3D spaces in game engines on her computer. Eventually, her worlds of photography, physics, and game design all collided and she fell in love with her place behind the camera. Alli completed her BFA in Film Production, with an emphasis in Cinematography at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film & Media Arts.

As far as her documentary and narrative work, Alli has shot and camera operated stories for VICE’s Emmy-winning news program Vice News Tonight, and has had one of her documentaries, which she also co-produced, headline a special screening at the National Archives in Washington, D.C. with recognition from the American Bar Association and Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor. Her narrative work has garnered awards and recognition from countless film festivals across the US, most recently at Tribeca for Thaw.

Alli also has vast experience shooting and producing digital content, garnering over 1.9 billion views across social platforms, for clients such as Refinery29, USA Today, Apple, and Amazon. She has lensed a wide range of talent including Kristen Bell, Sydney Sweeney, Sophie Turner, Flavor Flav, Senator Bernie Sanders and more.

Formerly a Creative Producer on Zach King’s team, Alli has also produced, associate produced and shot magical commercial and social media content for Zach’s channels— of which his TikTok currently holds the 6th largest following on the platform. While on Zach’s team, Alli worked with brands such as Sony, Pronamel, and Mercedes-Benz and captured collaborations with other popular channels like Dude Perfect.

Alli also has experience in front of the camera. Represented by Wilhelmina, LA Models, STATE MGMT New York and The Agency Arizona, she has lived in New York part-time in order to participate in New York Fashion Week and has worked with some of the industry’s top labels and photographers.
